Dining in at Hacienda Santa Ana

Breakfast is included daily with your rental. You can also choose to upgrade and add lunch, intimate private dinners, and book our in-home bartender to serve your group throughout the night. We have curated a delicious menu for you to choose from. All include dishes with local fresh ingredients that you and your guests are sure to enjoy in our outdoor dining room that will seat your entire group.

Breakfast Selections

Breakfast is included in the rental of the residence

Each breakfast is set up with continental Coffee, fresh orange juice, fruit and herb water, fresh fruit, granola, yogurt, overnight oats, Conchas, sweet breads and homemade jams 

Select ONE Entree additions for breakfast 

Entree selection is required for the full group. For example, if you are staying 3 days, select 3 entrees. One per day will be served. You may select a new option daily. 

Option 1: Mexican style scrambled eggs, with refried black beans, tortillas, toast and butter with homemade jams, bacon. 

Option 2: Green chilaquiles with pulled chicken or egg, queso fresco, crema, onions, and fresh cilantro

Option 3: Eggs Shakshuka style, in spicy red sauce with corn tortillas baked in a clay pot.  

Option 4:Avocado toast, served on toasted seed bread topped with smashed Avocado, cilantro, queso fresco, Pico de Gallo, and poached eggs. 

Option 5:Savory breakfast bowl, black beans, diced potato, grilled and chopped vegetables, roasted tomato salsa, sliced avocado, add fried eggs upon request.  

Option 6: Power bowl; Frozen fruits blended with Greek yogurt topped with granola and fresh fruit.

Option 1: Chicken green enchiladas served with black beans and rice, paired with mixed green salad.

Option 2:Arrachera sandwich (skirt steak), with guacamole, grilled onions and jalapeños.

Option 3:Seasonal Fish, shrimp aguachile, fish ceviche and fresh salad. (an additional $5 USD per guest).

Option 4:Fried chicken poppers with green salad, seasonal fresh vegetables, topped with jalapeño Ranch and croutons. 

Option 5: Street Taco buffet with Steak, Chicken, and chorizo, baby cactus salad, guacamole, salsas, limes, tortillas, Black beans, and Mexican rice.

Option 6: Chimichurri Grilled chicken breast with grilled vegetables, and fresh garden lettuce 

Option 7:Grilled hamburgers on a brioche bun, all the fixings, served with tajin fries and fresh coleslaw.

  • Huitlacoche croquettes (fried breadcrumb over potato with Mexican style corn)

  • Mini potato flautas (ChapStick sized rolled corn tortilla with smashed potato and chili)

  • Tuna ceviche toast (fresh tuna with cilantro and seasonings on mini crisps)

  • Cochinita Sopes (Mini corn sope with shredded pork, pickled onion and avocado)

Soup or salad

  • Confit Chicken with Orange adobo and pickled vegetables.

  • Ancho chili glazed short ribs and roasted baby carrots.

  • White fish with green Pipian and confit cherry tomatoes.

  • Chef’s selection of vegetable tamales with black mole from Oaxaca. 

  • Incredible aged Tomahawk steaks with sides served family style, creamed spinach, roasted potatoes, grilled vegetables and homemade chimichurri, carved tableside on pink salt block (serves 4) (additional up charge of $15 USD per guest). 

Dessert

  • Lemon mousse with Italian meringue.

  • Chocolate and salted caramel mousse.

Waitstaff and servers

Groups larger than 6 guest require a waiter for $100.00 USD including gratuity and hourly wage.

Bartenders are also available from 5:30pm to the end of dinner around 11:00pm for $125.00 USD per bartender.

 We recommend 1 bartender per 10 guests.
