The Space:

Experience your own private retreat away from life’s distractions, at Hacienda Santa Ana. Around the property, you will find beautiful gardens providing fresh ingredients for our in-house chef, an interactive chicken coop serving fresh eggs for breakfast daily, multiple outdoor lounge areas for intimate conversation or late-night storytelling under the stars, and soothing sounds of running water and beautiful koi fish in the courtyard. Entertain your group in our open-concept pool and dining area where you can enjoy dinner outdoors after a full day soaking up the sun, playing pickleball and bocce ball, and finishing off the evening sipping cocktails in the 20-person hot tub with a view of the open vista.

Pricing:

We have 3 rental prices available to customize your stay based on what part of the house best fits your group size. The Property is 100% private to your group no matter what option you select. You can find a basic property outline HERE

OPTION A: $1,800/night and sleeps up to 13 people and grants you access to 6 of the 10 bedrooms. This includes the Main House, Pool Casita, and Yucatan room, plus the 2 bedrooms in Palm Court, Chiapas, and Moroccan. Chiapas Room features a queen bed with a twin day bed trundle, and the Moroccan room has 2 twin beds. The main house includes 2 bedrooms; Principal 1 and Principal 2 up the grand staircase, typically used for Head of Household each with king beds. The Pool Casita is a two-story house located behind the main house, perfect for a couple or individual wanting more privacy in their King room overlooking the pool. The Yucatan king suite is located at the entrance of the private property.

OPTION B: $2,600/night and sleeps up to 21 people. It includes all of options A, plus the 2 mirroring Agave Courtyard Apartments, used for full families or individual suites with shared living rooms. This is the Full Estate rental and includes a total of 10 bedrooms available for double occupancy sleeping up to 21 people max.

Each room at HSA is dressed with luxurious Peacock Alley linens, and equipped with a fully stocked Nespresso, full bathroom, and refrigerator access. In addition to the 10 rooms, Hacienda Santa Ana has a grand foyer, an intimate formal living room, an Entertainment room that opens into the pool lounge, a fully functioning gym, and a breathtaking bar lounge. The property is newly renovated with an event lawn and chapel designed to host up to 150 people, but Parties or events are NOT permitted in private homes unless agreed upon with the homeowner and an additional Event Contract is executed with additional event fees.

Guest access:

The Home is private and we do not rent out individual rooms. The rental group has access to the entire property during their stay excluding the owner’s private closet, wine cellar, and Laundry room which is operated by the house staff.

Other details to note:

The house includes daily breakfast and cleaning service: Monday through Saturday from 9 am to 3 pm. Extra working hours for staff are not included but can be added for an additional cost. House staff gratuity is based on the number of rooms used at the rate of 20 USD per room/per day. Please see Additional Rules for a more detailed description of inclusions and additions to the rental property.

Interaction with guests:

Our main form of communication is via Airbnb message until a week prior to your arrival, per Airbnb policy. Once direct contact information is disclosed, we will communicate with you via text and/or email to review the final details. We will then confirm the travel itinerary and arrival details, as well as build your Client Cost Worksheet. This worksheet is based on additional expenses to your stay; adding lunch/dinner, staff coverage on Sunday/overtime hours, wait staff or bartender as needed, Pool heating, etc. The House Manager is available onsite during working hours as your concierge for anything you might need during your stay. Any changes or guidance to your itinerary, last-minute dinner needs on the property or in town, and general house needs she is your go-to and will help to the best of her abilities.

House Rules

The house includes breakfast, cleaning, and gardening service: Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Extra working hours for staff are not included but can be added for an additional cost. TENANT will remit to the staff a gratuity of $20 USD PER SLEEPING ROOM, PER DAY,  IN PESOS. This is to be paid to the House Manager at the beginning of their stay. If not paid, this will be removed from the security deposit plus a flat 1,000 pesos per day for accounting fee. Portable water, Electricity, internet, cable, and an open phone line for local calls are Included. The house also includes a full propane gas tank load for the rental period to be used in heaters, firepit, water heaters, and for cooking purposes. Wood for fireplaces is not included. Gas to be used for heating the pool is not included and will also have to be paid by the TENANT AT 100 USD per day to be paid upon arrival in Pesos beginning 1 day prior to arrival date. If glass is broken in the swimming pool during your stay, a cleaning fee of 1000 USD will be applied. There is a $100.00 USD charge for each key not returned. It is prohibited to move furniture from its current location, introduce any type of pets, as well as any inflammables, explosives, flammable, explosive, or stinking materials or substances to the house. No smoking. Parties or events are NOT permitted in private homes unless agreed upon with the homeowner and an additional Event Contract is executed with additional event fees.
